Open Health Tourism processes personal data with care under Türkiye’s KVKK and, where applicable, the GDPR. Some official registers (for example private physician/dentist offices) contain individual practitioners’ names and contact details. Public availability of a source does not permit unlimited reuse for unrelated purposes.

Our controls

• We publish only the fields necessary for authorization verification.
• We do not build or sell marketing/export lists, and we do not repurpose the data for marketing.
• We provide access, correction and objection channels via Corrections.
• We keep administrative and API-account data separate from registry facts, and we log data exports.
• A KVKK assessment is completed before launch; a GDPR assessment applies where EU users are targeted or monitored.

Individual practitioners may request review of how their record is presented through the corrections channel. Submitter details are never published.
