API overview — Open Health Tourism

Open Health Tourism publishes a versioned, metered HTTP API for programmatic verification. Positive results carry full source-snapshot and freshness metadata so answers stay reproducible.

Core endpoints

GET /v1/search

Search establishments and official names; returns candidates with match confidence.

POST /v1/verify

Verify a single provider; returns result status, evidence and limitations.

GET /v1/sources

List cited official sources and their reuse status.

GET /v1/datasets/current

Current dataset/snapshot metadata for a country.

POST /v1/corrections

Submit a correction or identity-evidence request.

Access is authenticated with bearer API keys and metered from the first request. Attribution to the official source is required in any downstream use.
